The Sales Engineer serves as the primary technical resource for the sales team and is responsible for actively driving and managing the technology evaluation stage of the sales process. Working in conjunction with the sales team as a key technical advisor and product advocate, the Sales Engineer must articulate technology and product positioning to both business and technical users. The Sales Engineer is also responsible for identifying and providing reliable solutions for all technical issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
