Sales Account Manager

Responsbilities

  • Manage a portfolio of assigned accounts, actively nurturing relationships and identifying new business opportunities.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, proactively addressing client needs and ensuring their satisfaction.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and surpass individual and team quotas.
  • Conduct insightful market research to identify potential leads and stay ahead of industry trends.
  • Prepare compelling presentations and proposals to showcase the value of our products/services.
  • Negotiate and close deals confidently, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Build strong partnerships with internal teams (marketing, support, etc.) to deliver seamless customer experiences.
  • Travel extensively (up to 50%) to meet clients, attend industry events, and participate in conferences.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and report on sales activity and account progress.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
  • 2-5 years of B2B sales or customer interfacing experience in the IT Industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales quota and developing client relationships.
  • Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Fluency in English is required; French is a plus.
  • Ability to travel extensively (up to 50%) and thrive in a dynamic, international environment.
